Representative Berkowitz placed a call of the House. **The presence of Representatives Meyer, Kelly, and Weyhrauch was noted. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The following was again before the House in third reading: 2006-05-04 House Journal Page 3583 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 13(RLS) am "An Act relating to reimbursement of municipal bonds for school construction; increasing the base student allocation used in the formula for state financing of public education; relating to the district cost factors for state funding of public education; relating to school improvement funding; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 13(RLS) am pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 13(RLS) am was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
